Microsoft 365, set up right and supported daily.
Email, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps — Microsoft 365 runs most small businesses, but only when it’s set up correctly. We handle setup, migration, security, and day-to-day support so your team can just work.
The messes we get called into
The migration that lost things
Switching email providers is where businesses lose messages, contacts, and days of productivity — mail moved halfway, calendars split between systems, and the old account still forwarding to nowhere.
Defaults nobody hardened
365 ships powerful and permissive. Without deliberate configuration — MFA enforced, legacy sign-ins closed, sharing rules set — the tenant is a target with your name on it.
The license pile
You’re paying for seats of people who left, tiers nobody uses, and add-ons bought twice — while the two tools your team actually needs sit unlicensed.
Files in five places
Some documents live in OneDrive, some in a personal Dropbox, some on the desktop of a laptop that’s never backed up. Nobody can say which copy is the real one — including the person who needs it in front of a customer.
New-hire day, improvised
A new employee starts Monday; their account, email, and access get built in a scramble, with whatever permissions the last person had — and the leaver’s access is still open from the Friday before.

Set up once, supported every day
Setup and migration: moving from old email or another provider, we migrate your mail, files, and accounts without losing anything — planned, moved, and cut over with minimal disruption, then we stick around to make sure everything works on the other side.
Security configuration: 365 is powerful and a target; we configure it the secure way — proper access, sensible defaults. Day-to-day support: a new employee needs an account, someone’s locked out, email’s acting up — your team calls us. And we get Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint working the way your business actually works.
Microsoft 365 management is included in our managed IT plans; if you only need help with 365, we support that as a standalone service.
