Keep your IT person. We’ll make them superhuman.
Already have someone handling IT? Good — keep them. Co-managed IT gives your in-house person (or team) enterprise-grade backup: our monitoring, our security stack, our help desk overflow, and an escalation path when things get hairy.
The gaps your IT person already knows about
The queue that never empties
Your IT person spends the day on password resets and printer jams — the visible work — while patching, monitoring, and security stack up behind it. The important work is exactly the work that never gets a free hour.
The problem that outruns one person
Most days, in-house knowledge is enough. Then comes the failure that isn’t in their experience — and there’s no senior engineer to escalate to, just search results and a ticking clock.
Tools priced for enterprises
The monitoring and security platforms that make IT manageable are sold and priced for big fleets. A ten-person business can’t justify them alone — so its IT person works without them.
Nobody to plan with
Roadmap, budget, refresh timing — strategic calls get made by one person alone, or not made at all. A second senior perspective is the difference between a plan and a hope.

Your team, plus ours — no turf wars
Monitoring & alerting behind your team — our monitoring watches your systems and routes issues to your team, or handles them directly. Security stack & patching — enterprise-grade tools, deployed and maintained by us. Help-desk overflow — busy day, vacation, sick leave: we pick up the tickets your team can’t get to. Escalation engineering — when a problem outruns in-house expertise, our engineers step in until it’s solved. Strategic planning together — quarterly, with your IT lead.
No replacement agenda: we plug in alongside your in-house IT, filling the gaps in tools, coverage, and expertise, so your person can focus on the work only they can do. Our most common setup is one office manager doing IT on the side — we carry the technical weight, they stay in charge. Co-managed costs less than fully managed, scoped per-seat to what you hand us. How it works
- Discovery — what you have, where the gaps are
- Plug in — our monitoring, security stack, and help desk go live behind your team
- Operate together — shared visibility, regular check-ins, escalation when it counts
